If you are one of those employees whether a keeper, a beater, a picker up, a huntsman, a gillie or a stalker, or in another capacity we can help you with any employment issues you have. These can include being unfairly dismissed, being underpaid, having wages unlawfully deducted, being subject to discrimination on the grounds of your age, sex, disability, religious belief, sexual orientation. We can advise you on all employment issues, starting with whether you are an employee in the first place, through to any grievance or disciplinary issues you have, to commencing a claim in the employment tribunal and onto representing you at an employment tribunal.

These will include grievances, disciplinary matters, and claims brought against you. We can help you in drafting written contracts, staff handbooks, grievance policies, disciplinary policies. We can also advise on all employment mattes that you are faced with. We understand that often a quick resolution is preferred to a long drawn out process and we are commercial astute to the implications if seen as soft touch.  We can assist with reaching confidential agreements and if required all matters relating to claims brought in the employment tribunal – including drafting responses to claims and representing you in the employment tribunal.
